Bhutan should ban back their furniture and alcohol import, that were just banlift.

Bhutan also, should ban animal meat.

(Flu vaccination, is the world's greatest mistake.  The viral attack of 3 meats that we eat, bird flu, swine flu, and mad cow disease are world war three.)

(They doesn't allow tobacco to be sold on premises.)

They shouldn't allow traveller to bring tobacco.

They should only allow minimum 3 passenger on car, 2 for roadster/van and 2 minimum for motorcycle.

They should make public transport and school for free.

They should make a place to borrow gun with one bullet (its for free, but you need to have a good reason) or own a gun with one bullet (all bullet is registered)
